The Meet Beaumont team is here to assist with any meeting or event you want to hold in Beaumont. From site selections and program planning to tours and accommodation bids, they offer free services that include hospitality packets, dignitary liaisons, public relations, information tables, registration assistance, welcome banners and signage, and promotional items.
