Channel 4 is Down Until Further Notice. Due to a Spectrum outage, our government access channel, Channel 4, is down until further notice, which is anticipated to take approximately six months to fix. But not to worry, you can still watch any City Council meetings you may have missed on our website or YouTube channel. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Save the date for the State of the City! Join the City of Beaumont and the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce on December 14 from 11-1.30 at the Beaumont Civic Center for a luncheon unlike any you’ve seen before. You’ll hear updates and future plans from City officials and a special reveal you don’t want to miss. Tickets are still available on the Chamber of Commerce website.

Join us for the 6th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting. We hope to see everyone Wednesday, November 29 from 5.30-7.30 at the Downtown Event Centre. There will be movies, fireworks, snow and more to kick off the holiday season.
The Jefferson Theatre is showing more holiday movies than ever with a full line up of Christmas classics this season. Check out the schedule on the Beaumont events Facebook page or website to get in the holiday spirit.

As part of the 1.4 million dollar Parks Capital Project budget in 2023, we recently completed the scoreboard replacement at the Athletic Complex, Magnolia Park basketball conversion, and Babe Zaharias Playground. We are close to completion on the Sprott Park shelter installation and the Dog Park at Roger's Park. The Charlton Pollard Playground is also expected to be completed by the end of November. You can check the status of these projects on the dashboard on the parks page of our website.

The City will be closed on November 23 and 24 for Thanksgiving. There will be no City Council meeting November 28.
