Winter Weather Update - Tuesday, February 16, 2021
Based on the current weather forecast, indications are that temperatures will drop below freezing again tonight, and additional precipitation will fall overnight. This will likely make driving conditions more difficult. Freezing conditions are expected to remain until Wednesday afternoon.

All non-essential city facilities, including the Landfill, will remain closed until 6:00 P.M. Wednesday. City offices may open Thursday, but a decision will be made tomorrow based on weather conditions. Trash pickup however will be postponed until Thursday, so Monday's normal pickup will be rescheduled for Thursday and so on through the weekend to get us back on the normal weekly schedule. Beaumont Transit service will also be closed tomorrow with plans to resume normal schedule on Thursday.
