Beginning August 1, 2023, E-Bids will be the only option to submit bids. Bids will not be accepted by hard copy in-person, by mail, courier, or fax after this date.

Anyone can register and submit bids to work as a vendor with the City. You can see current bid opportunities on the City of Beaumont website Purchasing page. Opportunities exist across departments for various goods and services - check back often.
