On Wednesday, March 8 , 2023 at 1:15 a.m., a BPD Patrol Officer initiated a traffic stop in the 4600 block of Highland Dr. During the traffic stop, Officers located an AR style pistol and two handguns as well as marijuana. One of the handguns was reported as stolen. All four occupants of the vehicle were placed under arrest and transported to the Jefferson
County Jail for the following charges:
Christopher Ooten (21 years old)-arrested for Theft of Firearm, Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon and Possession of Marijuana.
Aaron Hill (20 years old) - arrested for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon and Possession of Marijuana
Zachary Broussard Jr. (18 years old)- arrested for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon and Possession of Marijuana
Jaden Horde (19 years old)- arrested for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon and Possession of Marijuana
