The City of Beaumont Launches a New Online Water Payment Platform with Enhanced Payment Options for Those Who Pay Their Water Bill Online
Powered by Paya, the new system will offer several benefits to citizens, including new options to pay by phone or text, and will eventually integrate with other departments to provide additional online bill payment options, which will replace Click2Gov, the current provider.
Water customers who pay their bill online are being asked to create an account on the new platform before March 15, when the transition officially occurs, to avoid any disruptions to online bill payments. Whether you log on monthly or have a scheduled auto-draft enabled to pay your monthly water bill, you will need to sign up for the new platform with your account number at https://beaumont.firstbilling.com/.
To sign up for a new account on https://beaumont.firstbilling.com/, you’ll need your water billing account number, which you’ll find at the top of your current paper bill or online in your current Click2Gov account. It is important to note the account numbers are case sensitive and do not require any preceding zeros but do require the dash. If you have any questions or have trouble setting up your account, call Paya’s support number at 877-589-9210 (Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm CST).

If you prefer not to use the online system, you can also mail your payment (to City of Beaumont P.O. Box 521, Beaumont TX 77704) or bring it to the cashiers on the first floor of City Hall (801 Main Street).
