Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. BPD Narcotics Investigators executed a search warrant in the 4000 block of Usan. The residence and individuals on scene were secured by BPD SWAT. Detectives seized 3.3 grams of ecstasy, .394 oz of marijuana, 5.27 grams of PCP, and 1 stolen firearm out of Hardin County. Robert Elie III, a 40 year old Beaumont man, was found to be a convicted felon and subsequently placed under arrest for the narcotics and possessing the stolen firearm. The residence is approximately 200 feet from a school and the charges will be enhanced.
