The City of Beaumont has been notified of an individual or individuals that have been fraudulently using the CDBG Housing grant application from the City’s website to solicit money for help with the application and that are guaranteeing a return of $50,000.
This is fraud and you should not give your money to this individual.
All City forms should be obtained directly from the City’s website and any help needed to complete these forms should come directly from a City employee or someone a City employee directs you to.
Please do not pay anyone or provide anyone with your personal information that can be used for fraudulent and identity theft purposes.
