Weather Update- September 13, 2021 Tropical Storm Nicholas
In an effort to prepare for possible flooding The City of Beaumont will begin sandbagging operations Monday, September 13th at 10:00 A.M. at the Athletic Complex on College Street (950 Langham). Each City of Beaumont household will receive 6 prefilled sandbags. The current plans are to cease operations at 5:30 P.M. We will determine operations for tomorrow based on the forecast update we get at 4:00 P.M. Keep in mind, our local hardware stores and other businesses sell sandbags that are already prepared for a small fee.
