Positions for Police Cadet and Police Officer have been posted at http://www.cityofbeaumontjobs.com.
All applications must be submitted online only.
Applicants qualify if they have their high school diploma or GED. If they have military service, they must have an Honorable Discharge. This application process will close on September 9.

The Police Cadet position would be for an applicant that HAS NOT completed the police academy/ does not have a Peace Officer License.
The Police Officer position would be for an applicant who is a certified Peace Officer or is currently enrolled in the Police academy.
