Online Bid Software
The City of Beaumont is pleased to announce that it has begun to use an online sourcing application for the procurement of some of the goods and services required by the City, including most of those sought by solicitations for bids and requests for proposals.
All suppliers, service providers, and contractors interested in doing business with the City must complete the online sourcing application to register their interest in doing business with the City. This will allow you to receive notifications and electronically submit bids and/or proposals for these City business opportunities. This includes all current vendors and contractors that have not previously registered on the new system.
Please note: Suppliers, service providers and contractors registered with any other agency using the IWT online sourcing application will not be able to reuse the same user login name for the City of Beaumont. Instead, please create a unique user login name. We recommend using a format such as abcsupplies_COB.
For Current Bid opportunities up to this point, please also check the Bid Information link in addition to the new portal.
Held once or twice a year, the city's online auction features various surplus vehicles, equipment and furniture. Check back for more information..
