Accounting & Payroll

The Accounting Division maintains the City's financial records and provides financial information to both internal and external audiences. Financial reporting includes the preparation of monthly financial statements, single audit report and the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). The division is also responsible for the disbursement of all City funds, including payroll.

Unclaimed Property

You may have unclaimed property with the City of Beaumont. To look up a name, open the Unclaimed Property Lookup, press CNTRL + F (or Command + F for Mac) and type the name you would like to find.

To claim any property, you must fill out the Claim Form. To receive a refund by check, you may submit your claim electronically by clicking the button to the left. To receive a cash refund, print and fill out this Claim Form, then bring to the cashier's desk on the 1st floor of City Hall (801 Main Street).

Utility Consumption Report

In accordance with House Bill (H.B.) 3693 the City of Beaumont is required to report payments made to certain utility services. H.B. 3693 requires governmental entities to publish consumption and payment information for various utility services used by the city annually.
