The Fleet Management Division operates 2 facilities for the 40 internal City divisions. They provide cost-effective and efficient maintenance and repair for over 1,350 vehicles and equipment for the City.
The division is responsible for:
Asset management through life-cycle analysis
Maintenance and repairs, to include parts, road calls, tire repair and preventive maintenance
Fueling services, to include two city owned fuel locations
Vehicle and equipment acquisition, to include specifications and up-fitting
Vehicle disposition, to include up-fitting removal and auctions
Held once or twice a year, the city's online auction features various surplus vehicles, equipment and furniture. Check back for more information..
The City has established policies in accordance with Texas state law. The Purchasing policies are designed to promote competition, prevent favoritism, and secure the best goods and services at the lowest price.

Regular business hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Vendors are welcome any time during business hours, but it is recommended that you call for an appointment to ensure availability.
