311's purpose is to better serve Beaumont citizens by serving as a central point of contact for the City of Beaumont information and services.

What are some of the things I can call 311 for?

Water and Sewer issues, Animal Services, Building Inspections, Trash Pickup, Potholes, Street Signs, Traffic Lights, High Weeds, Abandoned Cars,  Parks and Recreation questions, Illegal Dumping, Graffiti, and more!

How can I contact 311?

You can contact 311 by dialing 311 or 409-980-8311; emailing Beaumont 3-1-1; or by using the Beaumont 311 App on your smartphone.

How do I follow up on service requests?

Beaumont 3-1-1 will send an automatic "Service Request" to the corresponding department for their response. A reference number is assigned to each Service Request and the public can use this reference number to track the status of their request.

How do I let someone know about my experience?

Can I call Beaumont 3-1-1 if I am located outside of the city limits?

Yes, if you are located outside of the Beaumont area you can call 409-980-8311 to reach the city's 3-1-1 operators.

Will Beaumont 3-1-1 operators be able to respond to calls in languages other than English?

Yes, through the use of a third-party service, 3-1-1 operators are able to connect you with translators who speak various languages and will join the call to assist.

Can I use 3-1-1 to sign up for emergency notification requests?

Yes, all you need to do is call 3-1-1 to sign up in order to receive updates on severe weather events, hazardous road conditions, or other emergency notification topics. You will need to provide your name, home or business address, and cell phone number. You can find more information about emergency notification requests by going to the City’s Emergency Management website.

Where do I go to report broken street lights?

You can call Entergy at 800-368-3749 to report broken or damaged street lights. You can also go to Entergy's website to report broken or damaged street lights.
